| Description | Trying to use ardour8, no matter what sound API I try or what window thingy I use (Wayland, X11), I cannot get past the project creation screen. The furthest I got is by selecting new session, Advanced Session, using PulseAudio api. It asks me for template setup (master bus channels, auto connect stuff) pressing ok crashes, or pressing cancel and trying to import audio crashes. I am using Pipewire as my main audio thingy, and have all the compatibility layers for alsa, jack, pipewire. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | install from anywhere on garuda (yay ardour-git, sudo pacman -S ardour, yay ardour), try to open, fail. | ||||
