| Description | The MIDI editor in Ardour is very outdated... :( Please make Ardour more friendly for music creators, not only for "recorders" and enhance MIDI editor functionality, give us at least: - Display note names on the pianoroll keys (on/off), - Display instrument names on the pianoroll keys, e.g.: kick, snare, tom1, etc. (configurable), - Display keys only for selected keys/scales/only used (so it indicates scale selection), - Add a choice to replace piano keys with a grid, - Add chord/arpeggio mode to insert chords (optional: for selected scale only), configurable: major/minor/seventh/dminished/augmented, and so on, - Add a progression/pattern generator to generate own progression or pick from popular chord progressions available, As you can see not a word about lollipop velocity so far ;) | ||||
