Summary | 0009326: Allow to only use actual track name for 'by track name' when importing MIDI file
Description | When importing MIDI file there is an option to set 'MIDI Track Names' to ''by track name' in the import dialog. However the actual track name (in the original MIDI file), is prepended by the file name and other strings are added as well. It would be useful to be able to use the actual track name used in the original midi file as these are often describing in a concise way the contents of the track either in terms of the instrument ('Piano', 'Strings', etc.) or the drum ('Kick', 'Snare', etc.)
Steps To Reproduce | - Start the Import via File > Import - Select a MIDI file - Select 'MIDI Track Names' > 'by track name' [dropdown]
Additional Information | Actually this might even be the expected behaviour from how the functionality is presented although I see the point with adding filename etc. especially with multiple files.
