| Summary | 0009262: Ardour panning automation crashes Mixbus | ||||
| Description | I think this is not very important, but anyway, crashes should never happen: I tried to load an older Ardour project into Mixbus, but Mixbus crashed immediately. It took me a pretty amount of time to figure out, that a track which had pan automation on it was the cause. The crash (segfault) seems to happen if there is a postfade send involved. I was way into the mixing process because I had it working by deleting the bus which the postfade send was sending to (I thought the groups were the reason). When I set up a new post fade send the segfault appeared again. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Create an Ardour project with one audio track and one bus (aux). Write some pan automation on the audio track (no real audio necessary). Create a post fade send to the bus. Save. Open Mixbus and try to load the Ardour project -> Segfault. Project appended. | ||||
