Summary0009234: Can't draw notes in percussive mode
DescriptionIf you record or create new midi region on track with percussive mode enabled and if you crop the beginning of the region then you can't draw notes on this region anymore unless you switch to sustained mode or restore the cropped beginning of the region.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create MIDI track
2. Switch to percussive note mode
3. Draw a new region
4. Crop the beginning of created region
5. Try draw notes

Also have this issue since 7.0. The issue occurs on Arch Linux with Ardour from the arch repos, the official binary, and git builds.
