| Description | I am recording 4 channel ambiconic recordings. Ardour can handle recording 4 channels at once, but exporting is limited to stereo (which is a very inflexible limitation!). I want to export to a 4 channel file. The fact that Ardour can only export 2 channel files means that I have to use an other application to post-process those 2 stereo files into 1 four channel file. Recording multi channel files is not limited to 4 channels. In 2nd order ambisonic recordings, one recording is comprised of 9 channels. | ||||
