Which desktop environment do you use? Do you perhaps map 2 screens using xinerama or a seamless option, so an app cannot tell that there are two distinct screens? PS. Here (debian/buster Xorg/mate) the splash-screen is centered on the screen that the mouse was last on. I regularly use 2 or 3 screens w/o issues. |
