Summary	0008560: Feature request: Pan option in region properties
Description	A neat feature I often long for, is the option to pan a region directly in the region properties. When double clicking the region, you can change gain, you can see peak amplitude etc, but it'd be handy to also have the option of panning the region. Qtractor actually has this, and it's clever when making for instance voice effects with several short regions in opaque stacked upon eachother. You then don't need to make new tracks with new FX instances. They all go in the same track, using the same FXs, while still emplyoing different places in the stereo image.
