Description	Something to consider. Radium tracker gives the possibility to apply a swing weight to every part of a beat / quarter note http://users.notam02.no/~kjetism/radium/documentation/swingtext_editor_framed.html One area where Radium seems to shine is the possibilities it gives you to edit and automate musical / dynamics parameters. Like adding swing very detailed, automated tempo etc.
