|Summary||0008187: Hot key for fast Playlist switching|
|Description||I think we need a hot key to quickly switch (in a cycle) the available playlists of the current track (or on the currently selected track or the track on which the region is currently selected or the note is being edited).|
Some kind of switching indication is also required - there may be a pop-up panel with information about which playlist is currently on.
|Additional Information||I usually don’t use playlists and now I realized why: switch them slowly. It seems to be fast: P-> Name of the playlist, but still not fast enough. It would be much faster with a hotkey.|
Instead of a playlist, I usually make a whole copy of the track and use it as a “palette for experiments” or a warehouse for interesting takes. But in fact it is too wasteful, but I prefer this option because it is faster in plan - everything is in front of my eyes, grabbed the region and dragged to the main track, however, if there is a hotkey for switching playlists, maybe I will give preference to playlists.
