| Summary | 0007959: Incosistent focusing between region list and editor window | ||||
| Description | Keystrokes seem to normally be sent to the part of Ardour that the mouse is currently hovering over. However, for region list vs editor window it depends on if a region was selected in the editor window or not. If a region was selected, then the focus does not switch to the region list. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Deselect all regions (i.e., don't select any) 2) Hover mouse over region list or editor window; use key up/down and see what happens. (They are sent to whatever the mouse is currently over) 3) Select a region and repeat 2); Now the editor window stays focused. This focusing behavior is inconsistent. If this is an easy fix I think it's worth it, but if this is serious effort, then it probably isn't worth the effort. | ||||
