Summary | 0007705: FLOSS Manual returns 404 error
Description | Help > Manual takes you to a 404 error page
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Open Ardour 2. Help > Manual
Additional Information | This is technically an Ardour website redirect issue rather than a desktop Ardour issue. The software takes you to https://ardour.org/flossmanual which redirects to the invalid URL https://en.flossmanuals.net/ardour/introduction/ It should redirect to http://write.flossmanuals.net/ardour/introduction/

Which version of Ardour is that? Is that Ardour binary from ardour.org? Since Ardour 3.0 Help > Manual uses http://manual.ardour.org However, this URL is configurable. You may have some old custom user config file or some distribution changes the system-wide config. Can you check: `grep reference-manual-url /etc/ardour*/config ~/.config/ardour*/config` |

Thank you x42. Deleting the config file fixes the old URL for me. |
