| Summary | 0007513: Ardour freezes when removing plugins from insert chain | ||||
| Description | Sometimes when I delete a plugin from the insert chain, Ardour will hang/freeze for a varying amount of time. The first time it happened it only lasted about 10 seconds or so, but the most recent one completely froze Ardour for a few minutes until I killed the process. This does not occur every time, but often enough to be disruptive and feel unstable - it's hard to remember to save the project every time I remove a plugin! Has happened with plugins from various sources including U-He Uhbik plugins and ZynAddSubFX. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | I'll need to do some more tests to see if it is reproducible, at the moment it seems fairly random. | ||||
