Summary0007281: Fade Range undo entry created when operation is not applied
DescriptionTested with build of 5.8.76.

Probably not necessary but video attached of current behaviour.

Expected behaviour:

No undo/redo entry should be created and perhaps a message dialog should be displayed that mentions how Fade Range is supposed to work or why it didn't work etc.
