Summary0007271: Able to create MIDI regions with no length
DescriptionIt is possible to create a MIDI region with no length with the grid on or off.

How to reproduce:

1. Click near a quantization point.
2. Move mouse closer to next quantization point to extend the region.
3. Move mouse pointer back closer to original start grab point.

A region is created that is barely visible at any zoom level (1 pixel)

Expected behaviour:

There is a minimum non-zero length that regions are created at. With the grid on, the minimum size could be related to the grid setting, but it could also be argued that the minimum size region should be a multiple of the grid setting that you can actually see at the current zoom level.

I've attached a video capture of the behaviour.
