Summary	0007154: Stop at the end of the session not honoured if JACK is the sync source
Description	In Preferences > Transport > [X] Stop at the end of the Session is selected Additionally the sync source is Jack (Preferences > Sync) and Jack master is enabled in the Session properties. At session end Ardour still keeps rolling. In this case one would expect Ardour (and consequently Jack Transport) to stop rolling.
Steps To Reproduce	- In Preferences > Transport make sure Stop at the end of the Session is selected - In Preferences > Sync select 'JACK' as External timecode source - In Session > Properties > Timecode make sure "Ardour is JACK time master" is selected - Start playback towards end of session - Ardour keeps playing beyond end of session
