Summary0006637: Problem with Multichannel MIDI tracks autoconnections
DescriptionHello

Ardour 4.2.546 "Taking Tiger Mountain" (built from revision 4.2-546-gc4a3291

Hello this is a bug in the least boring.

Each time you use linuxsampler 32 channels (16 MIDI channels) or carlapatchbay 16 or 32 channels or yoshimi there a systematic problem connecting to the bus master even if my preferences I select manual connections.

I do not speak good English so a screenshot in Additional Information will appear you more explicit.

Hello

I come to you with other éléments concerning the problem of automatic and random connections in ardour.
I deleted the ardor preferences directory then I revived ardor empty to the idea of ??seeing the behavior of opening ardour sessions.
Then I spent connecting audio ports (tracks and buses) in manual.
(see screen capture http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img=1446883933.png )

I disabled the automatic entries followed. (Auto-input)
(see screen capture http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img=1446883966.png )

I create a session "test" to see the behavior of connections and yet I still have random connections when I start my ardour sessions.

I tried to disabled connections from the internal connection manager (ardour) either from Alt-N or from the windows in input / output audio or lunch and bus / bus master the problem persists.

Then eventually I realized that if I run my sessions.ardour directly ladish (Claudia) and I manage all MIDI and audio connections ardour from a studio ladish my random CONNECTIONS problems seem to disappear.

I therefore renew the exeprience a number of times because it's annoying enough to not know whether the session will be going well or not).

See for example if I use linuxsampler.lv2 systematically opening the session from the ardor of pitcher I duplicates in audio CONNECTIONS
(see screenshot http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img 1446883777.png ) but if I open ladish since then everything falls into place
(see screen capture http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img=1446883833.png ) all without change in between the fact (I said because it may be important).

But the result not only works with ladish since I reviewed the preferences and ardour properties.

I hope this will help solve the problem
