Summary	0006625: Don't display midi note in draw mode when above already existing note
Description	When hovering over a note of a midi region in draw mode, then still the note to draw is displayed, even though on click the node that one's currently hovering over is selected. It would be more intuitive if no note to draw is displayed and also the information of the note we're currently hovering is displayed.
