Summary0006554: 4.2-r1 crashes with "no per thread pool" fatal error
DescriptionThe exact error message (displayed in a window) is:
programming error: no per-thread pool "" for thread unknown.

It occurred in the middle of a file export, and returned when I restarted ardour.

It might have been caused by a JACK xrun, because pulseaudio (I have the pulseaudio-jack plugin) was in a bad state as well (consuming the CPU power of a whole core). After I reconnected my soundcard and restarted JACK, I was able to export the rest of the project.

If you do really mean V4.2 does this then I would suggest you try a newer version. V4.4 is current release and there have been an enormous number of bug fixes since 4.2.
