Summary	0006419: Export Dialog: Time Span selection is not stored after the 2nd export
Description	The "Time Span" selection should be should either be restored never or everytime. When you want to export a time span, that is not "session", more then 2 times, the time span selection is reseted to "session" when reopening the export dialog the 2nd time. It does not matter if you do an export or cancel it. Reproduce as follows: * Select a time range * Open Export Dialog * Select the range in "Time Span" * Press Export \| Cancel * Open Export Dialog -> The previous time span selection is still active * Press Export \| Cancel * Open Export Dialog -> The time span selection has been reset to "session" Expected outcome: Time span should have stayed on the previous selection.
