BTW? howto let MIDI blocks don't use same block? I means that if I changed one block1 which is copied from another block2. How can prevent block2 from automatically change?

Go to the project settings dialog and mark 'MIDI regions copies are independent' on the misc tab.

I cannot reproduce. I used an organ synth to play back (hold the long note) and it's just fine.
Also dumping the raw midi data (jack_midi_dump -r) looks good: all events come though.

This is 4.0-464-g1064377 (current git) not 4.0.
So if this is/was an issue of ardour, and not to the synth, it's fixed.
