| Description | I recently recording an audio project on one computer, took the disks out of it and stuck them in another computer. I'm opening a copy of the project, not the original project because my numeric UID is different on this computer. When i try and open the ardour project on this computer (I'm pretty sure both computer are running the same version of ardour if not, the original computer may be lagging behind a bit), I get some errors in the log import log. Those are pasted into "Additional Information". Worse, one of the regions I some work shifting audio around to fill, seems to be missing some regions of sound. The waveform visual looks like I'd expect it to, but during a part where there should be drums playing (and the waveform indicates there should be sound playing) there are not drums. This region was created by timeshifting and combining other regions. Both computers are running Ubuntu 14.04 derivatives (the computer I originally recorded the project on runs ubuntu studio, the other computer runs 'stock' ubuntu). I'm using one of the builds hosted on the Ardour webpage: Ardour 3.5.380 (built from revision 3.5-380-g2f6065b) et me know if there's additional useful information I can provide. | ||||
