| Description | we recorded a gig and accidently named both the bass drum and bass guitar tracks "bass". in ardour3, the first track (bass drum) was automatically renamed into "bass1", so we considered this solved.
after exporting some regions we noticed that the bass guitar was missing: the track is identical to the bass drum track; the same is true if you open the project in ardour. looking in the interchange/project/audiofiles folder, there's only wav files called "bass-#.wav", where you'd probably expect "bass1-#.wav" as well. did the automatic renaming only take place for the GUI, but not for the file written to? |
