Summary	0005833: Add tool modifier tips when a tool is selected.
Description	What I'm suggesting is to more or less copy the way Gimp handles modifier key help. Fire up Gimp and select the "Paint" tool. Now a tip is presented in the bottom of the window saying "Click to paint (Ctrl to pick a color)". This way of presenting the user to the choices of modifier keys to the current tool is especially great when experimenting with new workflows and not being able to remember all modifier keys to all the tools in question. I am aware that Ardour does not have an area at the bottom of the screen for this kind of information, but perhaps some of the available space at the top could be used?
