Summary	0005399: Second bank of tracks ignored by midi control surface
Description	Using a Korg nanoKONTROL and Ardour 3.0 (14207). With the nanoKONTROL w/Master map, the bank size is set to 8. Scene 1 controls tracks 1 to 8 as expected, scene 3 controls tracks 17 to 24 as expected. However, when set on scene 2, none of the controls work -- would expect tracks 9 to 16 to be controlled. With the nanoKONTROL map, the bank size is set to 9. Scene 1 controls tracks 1 to 9, scene 3 tracks 19 to 27 etc. When set on scene 2 it doesn't control tracks 10 to 18 as expected. I created a custom midi map based on the w/Master where the fast fwd transport control incremented the bank and the rewind control decremented the bank. This exhibited the same behaviour i.e. the second bank of tracks was ignored and could not be controlled, everything else worked fine.
