Description
in smart mode, creating or extending a range selection at the beginning of a region selects the region first shortly.

this breaks any possible previous selection (multirange selection)

expected behaviour:

selection in smart mode (top half of route) should be the same as selection in non-smart mode: extending selection will never select region

 in cc branch, multi range selection on a region doesn't work at all when in smart mode

multi range selection on different tracks also impossible
