Summary	0005142: When chasing MTC, lock status is not reported correctly.
Description	When chasing MTC, lock status is not reported correctly. The idea is that the chase button should flash, when engaged, until MTC (or any selected external TC for that matter) has been read, chased and finally locked to. It currently doesn't do this. From a discussion on IRC, the issue is that libmidi++ does not report fully the presence or otherwise of MTC.
