| Summary | 0005115: renaming region messes with regions list | ||||
| Description | Renaming a region which is unique in the project is not displayed in the regions list. Only the filenames are displayed, and the other regions only appear after there are at least 2 different ones. (One may copy and change duration.) However, the first region never appears. I can not reproduced with my computer at the moment, but I noticed *sometimes* (same Ardour 2.8.14 and MacOS 10.6.8) that the only way to get the regions update in the list, beside re-opening the session, was to select the region within the region list and select "rename" from the "region" menu. The session was created using Ardour 2.8.11 | ||||
| Additional Information | Moreover, even when "show all" is checked, any change in a region will collapse everything. All in all, use of the regions list is painful. | ||||
