Summary	0004940: Means to drop references to missing files
Description	If you have to deal with a session with some files missing, ones that you will never be able to get/restore, it would be helpful to have a way of removing the references from the session, without having to edit the XML manually. Proposal: List names of missing regions in the region list, but marked (red). I mean to recall that A2 does that, but A3 doesn't seem to. Aside of allowing the user to delete those regions one by one, there could be a "Remove missing regions" or "Remove regions using missing files" command in the context menu.
