| Description | The CMC Steinberg control surface are mcp compliant except some keys that have different IDS Please add the support to these items in the Mackie driver | ||||
| Additional Information | I attached a file in which I have drawn 3 of the 6 boxes with their midi codes They are the CH the TP and the AI. The keys that does not have feedback light on by themselves when they are pressed and light off also themselves when released (with an slow effect) The description is not yet complete, a new version is going to follow in a couple of days or weeks If somebody have other boxes, please use this file as there are an array to fill up. It is normal to see notes with note codes in faders as the Steinberg is a touch sensitive and putting the finder on the fader sends note on and note off |

Why not. I don't care how Mantis is organized Most of the features are working, however some key remapping would have been useful, especially on the transport box. Two keys on the AI box uses the same code than the channel navigation of the channel box. This will be fixed the day the Mackie module can map midi code + sender. I attached the new version of the description file which details functions. |

Note on the Postscript file itself: Starting with the version 3 the midi codes are now in hexadecimal format It does not not contains page information meta data that cause problems to see the second page on many postscript viewers. The work around are i) convert it into pdf ii) print it iii) use ghostscript directly rather than ghostview. |

A new file has been updated with the FD box Please note it assumes Ardour has been updated to the version in which the cmc definition file has the 4 channels |
