Summary	0004706: Double-clicking to enter note edit mode shouldn't occur if ctrl key is being held
Description	I often find myself accidentally entering MIDI note edit mode on a MIDI region when I intend to click and drag it with the ctrl key held down to make a copy of it. Steps to reproduce: 1) Click on a MIDI region to select it 2) Immediately click-and-drag on the region again, with the ctrl key held down If you do this quickly enough, the two clicks on the region are interpreted as a double-click.
