Summary	0003013: Favourites list for plugins doesn't display well when empty.
Description	When selecting plugins->Favourites while the list is empty a small box appears that looks more like a graphics glitch than an empty list box. It would be good if this list had a greyed-out option like "EMPTY" or some such text until the first plugin is added to the list.
