Summary	0001481: define a default shortcut/key binding for adding a track/bus.
Description	There is no default keyboard shortcut for accessing the add track/bus dialog. Although it is fairly easy to assign one I think that as it is such an important dialog there should be a shortcut already assigned so that people don't have to learn how to assign shortcutsa and figure out an appropriately free key etc.
