Summary	0001445: sound file import window is transient to editor window.
Description	I find I want to be able to keep the sound file window open and still have access to the editor. I would use drag and drop from an external file browser but that will only let me embed files and not import/resample. Perhaps there is a good reason for it being the way it is?
