| Description | Here is what happens when I try to unpack ardour 0.99.2. mobility knurd # ls -la ardour-0.99.2.tar.bz2 -rw-r--r-- 1 knurd users 1315878 Feb 26 20:24 ardour-0.99.2.tar.bz2 mobility knurd # tar -xvjf ardour-0.99.2.tar.bz2 bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file. tar: Child returned status 2 tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors mobility knurd # I only tried to do it manually after emerge failed with a fetch error. Obviously emerge could not open the file either. | ||||
| Additional Information | I am using gentoo, mostly stable branch, only ardour is "~" since it is only available in the unstable branch. My system is otherwise stable and clean. BTW: Ardour is great. I have recorded many many hours of music with it in different setups. Thanks to alle involved! | ||||
