I had to read the commit log to figure this out. Apparently the way you're supposed to edit MIDI is now different. You have to double click the region and it pulls up a separate editor window, and that has the quantize controls. Quantize does work, it just doesn't pop up a dialog and instead uses those settings, even if the window is not visible. Confusing... It can also be docked at the bottom if you open up "Show/hide bottom panel" (left of the Cue and Mix buttons on the top right). Though apparently the height is not adjustable? Either way, at the very least the "Quantize..." menu option needs to lose the "...", since that indicates it pops up a dialog and it no longer does that. |

Ahh, there's another way. Enable the right panel bar and select "MIDI Tools" at the top. It's actually mentioned in the release notes. |
