| Steps To Reproduce | To replicate the crash: 1. Open a new session 2. Insert two stereo channels 'kick' and 'bass' 3. Insert the ACE compressor on 'bass' and side-chain it from the 'kick' 4. Save the 'bass' channel (selected track only) as session template 5. Add a new stereo channel 'bass 2' 6. Open mixer tools and insert the previous saved session template into 'bass 2' 7. Boom - Ardour is gone with the errors reported above. | ||||

Just tried on Ardour 9.7.0 and the problem is still there. |

I'm unable to reproduce on 9.7 following the instructions provided. Can you kindly provide a video/screengrab? |

Got a messages from a Harrison developer that this now should be fixed in Mixbus, so may be fix could be back ported to Ardour if possible? |
