| Summary | 0010378: Plugin Selector - Show highlight in plugin list pane after Up Arrow is applied | ||||
| Description | -The `Plugin Selector` opens with focus in the search field. -When you type keyword into search field, the results show up in plugin list pane above -If you hit your UP ARROW to move the focus up into that plugin list pane, it works, but no visual indication is shown, you have to then hit your UP or DOWN ARROW again, and then the cursor highlight becomes visible at the top of the list. There might be a reason for this existing behavior, but if possible, I am suggesting to make the first UP ARROW key press, automatically show the cursor highlight in the plugin list pane above, this way user knows that this action worked. Not all users might assume to hit the UP or DOWN ARROW again. Thank You | ||||

I made this post in the past 0010030 I recently closed it before realizing that someone had responded with slight interest in the idea. Figured I would just link it to this post. UP ARROW is already available, as mentioned though, it currently requires the UP ARROW to be hit twice to make the cursor highlight visible to user. DOWN ARROW already appears to be kind of linked to some navigating in the sections below the search field. Similar to the actions that the TAB key perform as well. So the DOWN ARROW might not be possible to allow anyways. |
