| Summary | 0010344: MIDI Track - Piano Roll - Vertical zoom issue still occurs | ||||
| Description | Version: 9.4.5 nightly build I mentioned a few of these in the past, but there still seem to be zoom issues with MIDI track piano rolls and Piano Roll windows. MIDI Track Piano Roll When MIDI tracks height is increased, shows piano roll with a larger vertical zoom state then is actually supported | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | -Open new session -Insert a MIDI Track - General MIDI Synth -Draw a MIDI region in Editor timeline -Do not adjust the height of track yet Just draw some MIDI notes in that new region, in the beginning of the region and stack some notes (as if they were chords). -Now adjust the height of the track almost the entire height of your screen -You will notice that the piano roll graphic keys and those MIDI notes are drawn are quite large in height. -Next drag the vertical scroll red box edge down to "zoom out" -Then try to dragging the vertical scroll red box edge back up to "zoom in" again and try to get that original larger zoom state back, the scroll box stops preventing the zoom in. | ||||
| Additional Information | I just closed one of my other bug reports about strange zoom regarding very large text that used to occur. 0010104 The font size issue appears to be fixed but not the zoom state itself? | ||||

Not sure if this is related to the issue I mention here? 0010345 |

Suggestion post 0010346 may help a little to solve this issue |
I can't reproduce the issue, here the maximal displayed zoom is always of one octave. |
Ok I reproduced it, the issue is that the maximum note height (which limit zoom out depending ou the track's height) is not honored when changing the track's height. |
