| Summary | 0010284: Any "Layers" setting change ("Overlaid" vs "Stacked") should mutate *all selected tracks*... | ||||
| Description | Currently, it appears that if you want to enforce/change a certain layering style across multiple tracks, you have to adjust *one at a time*, which can be very tedious... Therefore, it would be nice if you could select multiple tracks, right-click on one, change the Layers setting, and have it apply to all selected! Thanks for considering! : ) -J | ||||

@GhostsonAcid You can accomplish this with the keyboard shortcuts shift-[ shift-] |

@mkindred -Nice! I had no idea about that. : ) I'll try that later. Regardless, selection of multiple tracks -> right-click -> Layers... -> (change) should still (imo) mutate it for all selected. Mostly because newcomers (...or even Ardour 'veterans' like myself o___o) won't immediately know the proper key-command to use. : ) Thanks, -J |
