Summary	0010254: bottom panel lags when clicking the track header with a plug that has lots of parameters.
Description	the bottom panel lags a lot, when you click the track header and all of the parameters need to load. the parameters should be loaded lazily.
Steps To Reproduce	load a plug like vital, open the bottom panel and click on the master track, then back to the vital track ( make sure the bottom panel is open ) and see the delay. i have a PR for the fix here that could fix it. it works on my end. it loads the parameters lazily. without this fix, using the bottom panel with plugs is pretty much useless. https://github.com/Ardour/ardour/pull/1084
