| Summary | 0010207: Make the sample rate for new sessions an adjustable default, or just reuse the last used sample rate... | ||||
| Description | I use a 44.1kHz sample rate on every session currently. But when creating a new session it always starts off with 48kHz pre-selected (see picture). I tried adjusting "48000" to "44100" in the Ardour9 config file (see other picture), but this appears to have *no effect whatsoever* on the 48kHz that keeps showing-up as the pre-selected option. And if I don't see this, and start-up Ardour at 48kHz while Jack is already running at 44.1kHz, then Jack stops due to a sample rate change, and I have to start everything over again... Thanks for considering! -J | ||||
| Additional Information | -Labeling this as a "bug" because I think changing "48000" to "44100" in the config file should have probably given me the result I'm looking for, yet didn't. | ||||
