| Description | All upstream tracks/busses sharing a VCA get stuck on "implicit solo" when solo+unsoloing the VCA If they have sends (sidechain, aux, or external) to another track/bus in that same VCA. Temporary fix: click the "Solo" status indicator button above "Audition" and "Feedback" buttons. Not a new issue, been facing it for years but just ignored / thought it was my own routing issue. Found the fix recently. The issue occurs regardless of mute/solo preferences, e.g. even when "exclusive solo" is enabled. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create 2 tracks/busses and 1 VCA 2. Attach tracks/busses to VCA 3a. [Sidechain] Attach a sidechain plugin to one of the tracks and pin the sidechain input to the other track 3b. [Send] Add an external/auxiliary send from one of the tracks to the other 4. Solo and then unsolo the VCA. Result: The track sending its signal (either as sidechain or send) and all upstream tracks get stuck on "implicit solo" (when soloing any other track, they will be soloed as well). | ||||
| Additional Information | Attaching 2 files: 1. ZIP file of session folder with minimal setup described above. I'm able to reproduce just by opening session folder and soloing the VCA. 2. MP4 of me reproducing the issue on my computer. | ||||
