Summary	0010188: Cannot delete MIDI Patch change
Description	Double clicking on patch change in MIDI track opens a dialog. The dialog has the option to delete the patch. Deleting the patch does not work.
Steps To Reproduce	1. Create new MIDI Track. 2. Add patch change. 3. Try to delete. Dialog or 'DELETE' on keyboard does not work.
