| Summary | 0010157: Crash when opening 8.12 projects on 9.0 that contains VST3 plugin with more than 2 channels. | ||||
| Description | Every time I try to open a project made on 8.12 that have a VST3 plugin with more than 2 audio output channels Ardour 9 craches, noticed with Geonkick. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Just try to open the project, Ardour 9 crashes and closes. | ||||
| Additional Information | - I tested "Safe Mode", and it loads. - On safe mode, I removed the plugins that where using 3 or more output ports, and after this the project loads. - The same problem occurs when I try to add Geonkick VST3 on Ardour 9. - The version "single" of Geonkick (that have only stereo output) does not cause any problem. - The LV2 versions apparently doesn't have the issue. I created some tracks with LV2 versions of the same plugin, without any problem. - Until now, I believe that there are some issue with VST3 and multiple output ports. | ||||
