| Summary | 0010108: MIDI Tracks - Shift and Mouse Scroll Wheel no longer performs verticals scroll in Draw Mode | ||||
| Description | When in MIDI track that contains a MIDI region, if you make that region active in `Draw Mode` where you can draw notes into piano roll, SHIFT+MSW no longer performs a vertical scroll. It instead adjusts note velocity. Hope this helps | ||||

Its actually supposed to do horizontal scroll. This is a real issue as you cannot vertically scroll unless you move the mouse away from the midi region. |

I'm pretty sure that his is not a regression. scroll-wheel on notes have always changed the velocity. That being said, the change to handle shift+wheel like in other places for consistency sounds inconvenient indeed. |

I have checked in version 8.x. When the mouse is in midi region in edit mode and a note is selected, normal scrolling changes velocity. This is consistent. But when shift + scroll is performed, it used to scroll horizontally, whereas now it still changes the velocity. Moving the mouse out of the midi region and then performing shift+scroll works as expected. |
