Suggesting to add a simple context menu to this dialog, that would contain the following two items
"Expand All Categories"
and
"Collapse All Categories"

If the following suggestion gets added
(which would add the requirement of an activator in order to set shortcut keys)

then this could allow these two actions
"Expand All" and "Collapse All"
to also be made available as shortcuts within the `Keyboard Shortcuts Dialog' as well.
