| Summary | 0010054: use external-libs fails with qm-dsp-1.8.0 | ||||
| Description | Hi, vamp-qm-plugins follows qm-dsp closely and given the bundle files of vamp-qm-plugins are from 1.7.0, it can't compile with qm-dsp-1.8.0 (see the log) Is it plan to upgrade that part of vamp-plugins ? Thanks | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | build with external-libs enabled and qm-dsp-1.8.0 | ||||

I guess the short term solution would be to exclude "qm-dsp" from external libs. Would that work for you? |

Because they need to be with the same version, yes. Or unbundle qm-vamp ;-) Thanks. |

I came across the same issue when we updated qm-dsp in Fedora and, to work around, added version 1.7 as a compat package. Is this an option? @x42, in the context I thought about making the use of system libs more granular as --use-external-libs is all or nothing right now. E.g. add --skip-external-libs=name1,name2,... What do you think? |
