| Description | Using zynaddsubfx 3.0.6-6 on CachyOS, Ardour 8.12-3, Cinnamon Desktop Inserting the plugin und double click to open makes Ardour crashing. Sometimes the first opening works, but reopening crashes Ardour, sometimes the first opening crashes Ardour. Same issue on Ardour 9 pre0. | ||||

So now Ardour crashes with LSP Plugins too! First time plugin opening working, reopening -->Ardour Crash So Ardour is unusable at the moment, gonna switch to Reaper or Qtractor, much more stable. |

Likely caused by XWayland. There have been reports of this on Arch with recent Wayland versions. |

So I uninstalled xorg-xwayland and switched to Mate Desktop --> same issue. Found that there is no issue with LSP VST3 and no issue with ZynAddSubFx VST. So the issue only occurs if I use LV2 Plugins. |
