Summary0008610: Crash when changing JACK buffer size
DescriptionArdour often crashes when changing the JACK buffer size.

Doesn't matter if I use the `jack_bufsize` command, or do this from Ardour's UI.

There's like 30% chance that Ardour will just crash.
Additional InformationThread 1 "ArdourGUI" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

Does it also crash when you don't use surge VST3? -- The crash happens there. perhaps the plugin cannot handle it?
